Missouri River At Rulo affecting Richardson and Holt Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Decatur. * WHEN...Until Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Extensive flooding along the reach would be encountered. Areas impacted will include Marina Drive as well as numerous homes along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 36.1 feet...or 1.1 feet above flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24 hours was 36.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 37.3 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 35.0 feet. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
