Scott County in east central Iowa... * Until 845 PM CDT. * At 749 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Bennett Park to Durant, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Davenport, Bettendorf, Durant, Eldridge, Le Claire, Walcott, Princeton, Long Grove, Donahue, Maysville, New Liberty, Park View, Princeton Wildlife Area, Davenport Municipal Airport, Scott County Park, and Plainview. This includes the following highways... Interstate 74 in Iowa near mile marker 1. Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 279 and 306. Interstate 280 near mile marker 1. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Flood Watch issued June 25 at 3:23PM CDT until June 26 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Quad Cities IA IL * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bureau, Hancock, Henderson, Henry IL, McDonough, Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island and Warren, Iowa, including the following areas, Cedar, Des Moines, Henry IA, Iowa, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren and Washington, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland. * WHEN...Through 7 AM CDT Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous thunderstorms producing very heavy rainfall are expected to develop ahead of a slow moving cold front. Several inches of rain in a short time is possible. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
