At 25.0 feet, A castings plant in Atchison is affected by flood waters. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 19.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 20.6 feet this afternoon. It will then fall to 19.8 feet tomorrow morning. It will rise above flood stage late Saturday morning to 24.8 feet Monday morning.
