General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 235 km East of General Santos City (6.3°N, 127.2°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains . WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **North Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Libungan, Malasila, Toliman-Dunakling, Maridagao, Kabacan, Muleta, Arakan, Kulaman, Upper Mlang and Pulangi. + **South Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Siquil, Makar and Banga. + **Sultan Kudarat** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Tian and Kraan. + **Sarangani** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kalaong, Buayan-Malungon, Lun Padido, Lun Masla and Glan. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to take appropriate actions.
